Moja Advertising operates strictly as a service-based business. Our services include business compliance, company registrations, branding, marketing material development, and business consulting — all of which are custom-delivered and non-tangible.

No Refund Policy

Moja Advertising does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations
• Change of Mind
• Dissatisfaction after Work Has Commenced or Been Completed
• Failure to Use, Submit, or Redeem a Service
• Delays Caused by External Entities such as CIPC, SARS, CIDB, NHBRC, COIDA, or others

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy in full.

Nature of Our Services

Our services are time-based, professional, and highly customized. These include, but are not limited to:

• CIPC Services (company registration, amendments, reinstatements)
• Tax & SARS Services (eFiling, registered representative, tax clearance)
• CIDB, COIDA, CSD, NHBRC Applications
• Branding & Design (logos, profiles, flyers, signage, stationery)
• Company Documents & Business Compliance Advisory

Once payment is received, work begins and resources are allocated — therefore, no refunds will be issued.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, timely, and complete information
• Understanding the service requested prior to payment
• Responding to follow-ups and document requirements as needed

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Service Adjustments (No Refunds)

While no refunds are issued, Moja Advertising may — at its discretion — consider:

• Minor revisions to branding work (where applicable)
• Rescheduling or carry-over of services in cases of unavoidable delays, provided communication is timely

Agreement Confirmation

By making payment to Moja Advertising, the client confirms that they:

1. Have read and understood this refund policy
2. Agree to these terms in full
3. Accept responsibility for all submissions and instructions given
